Book against the live wash catalog. Vehicle types in the app include hatchback, sedan, coupe, SUV, crossover, pickup, and van.
Schedule and location
Choose a date and local time, then set the service address with place search so the washer can find you.
Wallet payments
Fund a spending wallet, pay for the booking from that balance, and review the transaction list.
Booking status
Follow each job from request through accept, en route, completed, and released — or rejected and cancelled.
Live washer tracking
When a wash is in progress, open Track to see the washer on the map and follow the trip.
History and recents
Open past bookings from Home, History, and Recents, including service, washer, time, and status.
Notifications
Get in-app updates for booking changes, washer progress, and payments. Devices can also receive push alerts.

Offer washes nearby. Manage the work.
Service providers verify identity, add a payout account, set availability, and take jobs around their service area. Earnings stay in the app until you withdraw them.
Incoming requests
See new customer bookings on Home and accept or decline the ones you can take.
Active jobs
Start a trip when you are en route, mark the wash complete, and wait for the customer to confirm.
Availability
Set yourself available for jobs or away. Away providers are not offered as bookable nearby washers.
Identity check
Verify with your name and 11-digit NIN before taking work. The number is not shown on your public profile.
Payout account
Add a Nigerian bank account so earnings can be withdrawn after the customer confirms the wash.
Earnings and withdrawals
Review available balance, monthly activity, and the ledger. Withdraw to the saved payout account.
Location for matching
Share a service area so customers nearby can find you. During an in-progress job, live location can be broadcast for tracking.
History and alerts
Keep a booking history and receive notifications for new jobs, updates, and earnings.

What is WasherX?
WasherX is a car-wash booking app. Customers request a wash at a chosen location. Service providers (washers) receive those jobs, manage them, and get paid through the app.
How do I book a car wash?
Choose a nearby washer, pick your car type and wash, set a date, time, and pin, then pay from your washerX wallet. After the wash, confirm it in the app.
Can I track my washer?
Yes. When a job is in progress, open Track to see the washer on the map.
How do payments work?
Customers fund a spending wallet and pay for the booking from that balance. Payment is held until you confirm the wash is done, then it can be released to the washer.
How do I become a washer?
Sign up as a service provider, verify your identity with NIN, add a Nigerian bank account for payouts, and set yourself available for nearby jobs.
How do I delete my WasherX account?
Open Profile in the app and choose Delete account. If you cannot use the app, use the public Delete Account page on this website.
